Tracking and Delivery Times

By default, all orders within Switzerland are shipped via B-Post (Standard/Economy). 

To ensure efficiency and sustainability, we consolidate our shipments into three dedicated shipping days per week:

- Monday

- Wednesday

- Friday

All orders are bundled and dispatched on these specific days.

Tracking Your Order

You can view the tracking numbers for your respective orders and partial deliveries directly in your customer account. This allows you to monitor the status of each shipment at your convenience.

Express Shipping & Urgent Requests

If you require certain products via express delivery, please contact our support team immediately or clarify express availability before placing your order.

When using the express service, shipments can be arranged on other weekdays outside of our standard schedule to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible.
