Pre-Ordering

General Pre-Order Policy

We offer pre-order options for selected product categories. For items sourced from Japan and China, pre-orders are typically dispatched within one week following the official release date in the country of origin.

Shipping & Combined Orders

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we recommend placing pre-order items in a separate transaction from in-stock products.

Please note: If a single order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment may be held until the pre-order products arrive. This is especially true for smaller order volumes, as we aim to consolidate shipments to avoid unnecessary additional shipping fees.
